The Better Health Retreat is a 3-day, 2-night weekend, designed to teach you new and exciting ways to take care of your mind, body, and spirit. We have created a carefully balanced selection of classes, workshops, nutritious (and delicious!) meals*, and daily activities – all designed to develop healthy new habits that will create deep and lasting transformations.
Workshop Sessions include: Healthy Lifestyle cooking class, Aerial Yoga, Hiking the Appalachian Mountains, Nature Photography, Hot/Cold Therapy, Skin Care Class, Painting, Fermentation, Posture Alignment Therapy Assessment. See below for more information about the individual workshops.
You will also have free time to enjoy the resort's wine tasting room, indulge in our European style spa services, or walk through the vineyard on our beautiful mountain property.

6:30 -Introductions and orientation & introductions
After the orientation, your evening is free to get settled into your accommodations, explore the property, and rest up for a weekend of fun!
Saturday
8:00 Posture Alignment Therapy, followed by breakfast
9:00 – 11:00 Session I (your choice*)
12:00 Lunch
2:00 – 4:00 Session II (your choice*)
6:30 Dinner
